Deleting an email template tied to a Sequence - with Free version

Hi,
Can anyone possibly help figure out how to delete 3 email templates if it’s tied to a Sequence?
We had Pro version when these were created couple years ago - as now with Free version, I can’t access Sequences and I can’t get any technical support.

Would be grateful if anyone can help.
