Hi,
we use a lot the tickets page to manage with all the technical team the maintenance request from customers, but we’ve a little issue: The page of the tickets doesn’t update automatically, so we cannot know if anyone of our colleague has taken charge of that ticket, and we’ve to refresh the webpage. Is there a way to automatize it?
Thanks
Marco
Hi @MCuna,
At the moment not, unfortunately. When you’re on the ticket index page (Menu > Service > Tickets) and changes are made to tickets (e.g. to the ticket owner), those changes will only reflect after refreshing the page.
Filtered views will make your life easier here, e.g. a filtered view of all unassigned tickets. Filtered views can be saved and will stay active after refreshing a page – but you would still have to refresh the page.
Best regards!
Hi Karsten,
thanks for you reply.
Actually i already use the filtered views, but the issue still remain. I can filter the unassigned tickets, but if a collague chose to assign the ticket owner, i can see it only after refreshing the page =(
What a pity!

Marco
Hi @MCuna,
That is – unfortunately – expected behavior and, I think, characteristic to how HubSpot as a web app is designed. For now, it’ll simply have to be a part of your customer service team’s routine.
Best regards!
Ok, maybe i’ll wait for this enhancement ![]()
Thanks
