Is there a way to unlink an entire email thread from an object?
If I click “Thread email replies” I can remove the association of the thread from the object (e.g. deal) but when refreshing there are still emails in the thread connected to the object - it removes one email but not all.
Looks like the only way to do it is to do is per email.
Thoughts? Our staff have many threads associated with inappropriate objects which makes the CRM a bit of a mess.

Hi Bérangère, I think the issue was a delay in HS updating…the threads are dissociated completely now. Thanks
