We send A LOT of emails, and sometimes we have active transactions going on with the same players, but different deals.
It would be nice to be able to manage email associations by the Thread, not having to go through each email to update the associations.
I have spent the last hour working to clean up email associations for one of my deals.

1. You can explore using an automation tool or a feature within your CRM that allows bulk editing of email associations.
While HubSpot, for example, does not natively support email association by threads, you can manually or through custom solutions tag entire threads to a specific deal or contact.
2. Depending on your CRM system, creating a custom workflow or using third-party integrations can streamline this process.
For instance, a workflow could automatically associate all emails within a thread to a specific deal or contact based on the subject line or participants.
3. If your CRM doesn’t support this out-of-the-box, consider requesting this feature from your provider or developing a custom integration that automatically groups and associates email threads with the relevant records.

I found a way to do it manually in the system, but I’m not sure if it then remembers for any new emails that come through.
