Ticket Workflow creates a deal based on a field’s value. If the wrong contact is on the ticket, it moves it over to the deal and associates all the emails from that contact until the issue is caught. I can’t find a way to remove all the emails without clicking on each email on the deal and removing the association. Does anyone have any tips?

As far as I know, this is currently not possible through the HubSpot UI and would require working with the Associations API if manually changing is not an option: Accounts Dashboard | HubSpot

Unfortunately, there’s no bulk option in HubSpot right now to remove all email associations from a deal—it’s a manual process for each one. You could try cloning the deal without associations and archiving the original, which gives you a clean start. Another option is to build a workflow that only creates the deal after the right contact is confirmed, maybe using a checkbox or custom trigger. Not perfect, but it can save some hassle.
