When we remove an email association from a deal in HubSpot’s UI, future replies in the same thread still auto-log to the now disassociated deal because the HS setting does not override the Outlook extention setting and so it remains associated with it.
This creates challenges since we don’t have access to every user’s Outlook extension to remove the association there.
We suggest adding a feature to ensure that once an association is removed in HubSpot, future correspondence in that thread does not re-associate with the removed deal. This would greatly improve accuracy and efficiency for teams managing multiple projects with the same contacts.
