Or even allow the option to select when collapsed, rather than having to expand and scroll down the bottom of every email (they can be lengthy!)
I 100% agree. I try to make sure emails are associated with the right objects when I first send them, but many people don’t. When you have to scroll to the bottom of a long email thread to disassociate it from a record, it is cumbersome.
