My team finds it incredibly confusing that all object types in hubspot look so similar - contacts, tickets, and companies. We get confused when we are on a ticket vs. contact page. Some sort of color differentiation would be very helpful. One of the most important features we need. Salesforce record types is hugely useful and we need it in Hubspot to prevent having too many properties on the Contact record to solve for different types of Contacts that have different data requirements.
