Test contact and answer is "unknown"

I’m trying to figure out why a few contacts aren’t getting added to a report.

One of the filters it has to match is “[property] has never been equal to any of [what it can’t ever have been equal to]” when I test the contact against the filter it doesn’t say it doesn’t fit the criteria it just says “unknown”

Why would this be? How does Hubspot not know the property’s history?

Could you share a screenshot of the test? Which data sources are you pulling into the report, which one is the primary? Which data source exactly is the filter referring to? Of which object type is the record you’re testing?
