Hi,
For our Sales team I would like to be able to set goals solely for the different teams instead of the sales persons. Currently I can only add individual sales goals which will add up to the total team goal, since we’d like to abstain from individual goals it would be great to have a simply team goal.
It’s located in ‘Settings > Tracking & Analytics > Goals’. Simply an input field for the sales team irregardless of the persons in it.

I’m happy to share that there is now a way to create team-only goals without needing to select individual users. This is no longer limited to custom goals — it also applies to goals created from templates. When setting up a goal, you can assign it to a team and base it on the team as a whole.
