i am getting an email saying i have DNS issues but i dont. It seems i am having an SSL forced on me and i have a paid one already. it seems like hubspot want me to change my a records but this will bring my site down.

Possible i am getting confused but i dont intend on swapping my paid SSL or changing A records to point to anywhere other than where they are.
any advice is greatly appreciated.

thanks for the reply, this is me reaching out for help after contacting hubspot and they suggesting i post here - thats pretty much all the help hubspot have offered

i’m not sure i am articulating myself correctly

i am not about to change my DNS settings as it will bring the site down and i dont need an SSL as i have one already. So i would like an explanation / help on what / why i need to do it - i am also confused as to why you have provided a link to content issues.

All in all i am not clear on what or why i need to do thse things and as mentioned i am not about to change my A records to point my domain away from where it is hosted. its all very strange. The chat box is working perfectly on the website without the need for anything else.

i am looking for a detailed explanation not random links - the only other thing is that i have completely got the end of the stick thus the need for some to have a Q&A with me.
