Help required before making decision

I was creating a website through hubspot and wanted to see how it works out before going for the highest paid version as it was a team decision. I managed to create a basic website but on linking it with my DNS on godaddy, there were google 404 error issues. SO trying to find my DNS records on hubspot but it doesnt alow me to find one. Now I am in a dilemma as all the records through my domain provider were accidentally deleted and hubspot isn’t alowing me to see my DNS records. Is it just because we are on the trial version?

Hey @SSingh10

Can you share screenshots so that I can understand your query better ?

Hey SHubham,

Actually what I meant was that me and my team were freating a basic website on hubspot to test how we liked it before going for the highest paid version because we are expecting quite a lot of website visits evvery day. SO we managed to create a basic website, linked it with our custom domain with godaddy. But after publishing, we were facing problems as google search or for that matter any search engine wasnt showing us till we didn’t type out the whole https://www.arpyrenewables.com/en-us/ link. So we asked godaddy for their assistance. They were prompt and showed us the problem wasnt from their end. Now when I am trying to locate the DNS records from hubspot, it is not allowing me to find any such link even in the Content section on the left hand task bar. We tried connecting to your help team but all we get is the sales team asking us to first upgrade for more help which is kind of contrary to the whole point why we wanted to try and see how hubspot fares as compared to others. We have other web builder platforms from whre we have hosted plans but were looking to see our experience before going all in. Now we are trying to find the DNS records so that we can compare them with the domain provider but cannot seem to get anywhere.

Glad if you would be able to guide us here.

Thanks your for prompt reply,

Appreciate that. I was just on a call with my team members whether we should shift the platform to what we try and know and pay them only or wait for a while and you were kind enough to drop in with your reply.

Actually we deleted the DNS records from our doimain provider by mistake as we were trying to figure out the whole 404 error code issue. Hubspot wasnt really a help so we tinkered around on our own. And without that and no access to DNS records from hubspot we really didnt know what to do. Godaddy has asked us to provide records from hubspot so that they can update at their end. But so far, our efforts seem wasted.

Am really not sure in this case how would you be able to help us out though any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

@SSingh10

Once you update your domian name and add DNS records in the DNS provider you have to update your domian name from spefic page kindly refer to the screenshot below:

Thanks for your prompt reply. We had done that. May I know if there is a way to access the DNS records so that I can get them updated at the DNS provider?
