Internal Comments in help desk/conversations can have notifications sent via email and in the web app but there is no option to enable these notifications for Slack.
Use case: as a support rep I rarely check my direct email since I work out of the support queue and send emails from Hubspot. All critical hubspot notifications are set up to send to Slack instead. Internal comments from team members are a critical notification but I have to check direct email to receive them.
