I am having trouble removing templates as two of them were created as sequences during a trial run of sequencing. Would somebody be able to help me remove these templates?

Do you have any users with a paid seat currently in our account who have access to these sequences? If not, could you please send me a DM with the sequence names and more information such as if you are getting any errors? The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.
