Unable to create or delete templates

Hi,

My organization recently opted out of the sales hub portion of HubSpot. At the time of deletion, we had multiple sequences setup with various templates in them. I have been trying to delete these templates but first have to remove them from a sequence, which I cannot do as I don’t have access to the templates anymore. Would it be possible to delete the old sequences?

Hi @NSwanger,

I see your conundrum there. Aside from running the Sales Pro tools for another month, I can’t think of a great workaround. I’ll tag some HubSpotters to see if they have any suggestions.
