I’d like to create a list of our contacts that have at least one additional email. I can’t find a field to use as a filter in creating a list of such contacts. Similarly, when creating a list of all contacts, I can’t find a field to include in the list that will show a contact’s additional email addresses, if any. Is there an easy way to get these values for the possibly hundreds of thousands of contacts that may have them?
I have found the “hs_additional_emails” property to request through the API (thank you @RAlexandre for your question at https://community.hubspot.com/t5/APIs-Integrations/Add-additional-Emails-in-Contacts-via-API-V3/m-p/707779), but I’ve found nothing for list creation in the web GUI.

Per this community post it looks like that isn’t currently a feature. A workaround would be to exxport all your contacts and select “export all email addresses for contacts”
You could then identify all contacts with additional email addresses, and re-upload them into a static list in HubSpot so that you’ve got them all in one place. I know this isn’t a perfect work around because it won’t update automatically, and you still won’t be able to see the multiple email addresses in the list interface.
I’d suggest adding this idea to the HubSpot ideas forum however (its where HubSpot goes to source product and feature update ideas). I’m happy to give it an upvote if you share it here!
