Hi There,

We cannot find anything mentioned in emails when we are using both search engines. Any reference number, a name, a company, nothing.

Please share your experience about the topic.

Hi @STudcaroğlu,

Are you referring to the HubSpot search? The global search bar is limited to a few data points, such as:

  • Record name (including first and last name for contacts)
  • Notes
  • Email subject
  • Associated tasks
  • Call logs
  • Meeting logs

Full-text search for emails on these records is not supported, unfortunately.
