Retrieving certificate

Hi there,

i had made a hubspot account a while back for school purposes with this email address sanamarialorenzakhan@gmail.com but am unable to see any of my certificates as it says my account is disabled?? they told me to create a new one which I had done with the same email and mentioned that the info will be retained but I still cannot see the certificates at all. i do hope you will be able to help with this.

Thank you so much for reaching out. It is true that the certificates will be retained by the same email but all the certifications expire after a certain amount of time. Here is a KB article that outlines when each certificate would expire. Are you still with in the time frame of the courses?
