I reactivated my HS Account and now I cannot see the certificates I completed before.

Hello,

I completed the Service Hub Software certificate a few months ago and didn’t download the credentials. After that, my account was deactivated due to inactivity, and now I don’t seem to be able to see the credentials. Is there a way to retrieve them?
