Reporting on form submissions

Hi all,
We’re trying to quantify our blog efforts and how they’re driving the creation of new MQLs.
I’m looking for any way to set up a report that can capture the following:
Someone clicks a CTA in blog post A (note this is not a HubSpot CTA) and lands on form A and submits (i.e. the go straight from the blog to the form to submit).
We’d love to see a report of all the blogs (A, B, C, D..etc.) and the number of MQLS they’ve generated (and by generated I mean someone too the action outlined above ^).
At this point, I’m assuming there’s no out of the box way to do this, so if any one has a workaround or any crazy ideas, I’m all ears!

Thanks :slightly_smiling_face:

Hey @Whathcock can you replace them with HubSpot CTAs? Tracking urls is probably the solution you’re looking for, have an individual tracking URL on each of your buttons and then use the tracking url sources to determine how many contacts were created from those urls who became MQLs!
