We have a form set up to automatically create a ticket from submission, however all tickets have the same name “New Ticket Created from Form Submission”. Is there a way to automatically set a naming convention based on properties in the form that way we can see what the ticket is in reference to at a glance by the name alone.

Do you have the Ticket name field on your form? If so, that should automatically populate the name of new tickets:
If that’s not happening, can you share a screenshot from the form editor?

How does it “automatically” populate the name of new tickets? I have the property in my forms but they were originally setup by someone else so trying to figure out how this works.
