Hi all, up until last week our team was able to use the ‘start tasks’ functionality under the Tasks tab, to effortlessly run through our task lists - it’s now padlocked as a feature not included in our susbscription (Marketing Hub Professional) and it’s slowing things down no end.
We’ve made no changes to our subscription that would impact functionality, and the help desk seems at a loss as to why we ever had this feature in the first place. I’d really like it back! Has anyone else experienced this change without explanation?

This might have to do with HubSpot’s introduction of the prospecting / sales workspace, there’s mention of the ‘Start tasks’ feature here: Review sales activity in the sales workspace
While you might not use Sales Hub Professional, it looks like HubSpot has still moved the start tasks feature into it, requiring a paid sales seat for it.

Thanks Karsten, that would explain it! Interestingly, the functionality has now returned - we’re looking into other things that may have changed overnight in the background. Appreciate your help
