Hello everyone, when our team logged into their HS accounts this morning, the “start tasks” function was suddenly locked. Has anyone else on Hubspot Free experienced this today? We’ve been using HS for 3 years and this just happened.

I wanted to check if you had any trial or paid user seats in our account previously.
Currently, for tasks that need to be completed on a recurring basis, users with a paid seat of Sales Hub or Service Hub Starter, Professional, and Enterprise can create and use repeating tasks. A user with a paid seat cannot create a repeating task for a non-paid user.

Hi Pam, we never had a trial or a paid user. Also, it’s not about recurring tasks but the “start tasks” flow that allows you to click through your tasks and complete them as you go. This function has always been available in the free version.
