Hi everyone!

I am receiving an error message when I try to set up recurring tasks. My team has Sales Enterprise. I have a core seat. Other members of my team seem to be able to set recurring tasks, but I keep receiving the message: “You can only create repeating tasks for paid users.”

Any insight?

Hi @SCarr88,

A core seat is unfortunately not enough: “Sales Hub or Service Hub Starter, Professional, and Enterprise users can also create recurring tasks.” Create tasks

You would need one of the aforementioned licenses to create recurring tasks. Don’t shoot the messenger.

Thank you for the response! Is there a good place to see the specific differences between a Sales Core and a Sales Enterprise seat?

@SCarr88 of course - there’s no such thing as sales core seat; it’s either core or sales. This page explains the seat types: Assign and manage seats
