Hi,
Can someone tell me exactly what this “Start Tasks” button under Sales > Tasks does?
When I click, a pop-up says it can power through your tasks with automated to-do lists and set up tasks to repeat automatically. Can someone please point me to the right documentation of what it covers and how it works as I couldn’t locate it?
Also, the pop-up says it requires the Starter CRM Suite subscription. Does it mean that the Starter Sales Hub doesn’t include it?
Thank you,
Edmund
Hi @Edmund_Lam,
The feature is accessible to paid users only: Assign and manage seats
And you’re right, there doesn’t seem to be a clear documentation on this, only on task queues which are something different.
Generally, starting tasks gives you a focused flow of going directly from one task to another. Instead of opening a task, completing it, navigating back to the overview page, “Start tasks” will take you directly to the next task after completing the previous one.
You’ll be taken to the record that the tasks is associated to and will see a blueish bar at the top of the record, showing you progress through your task list:
After completing this task here, I would automatically be redirected to the next task/record. I wouldn’t have to navigate to it manually.
That way, you can power through a lot of tasks in a focused way.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!
