The Start Tasks button is great but it would be good to allow the organisation and the user to customise their preferences on what is opened when the start task button is clicked. Most of our users want to see the associated deal first so that they know the contect of the corresponance they need to make. Although currently users cannot select which record opens and the contact record opens first meaning additional navigation to get to the deal.
