Pushing emails into Service

Hi @LL!

I have been trying to find information about “pushing emails” into HubSpot rather than connecting to an existing email provider.

Do you know whether there is an API for this?

Another way would be to set up a “listener” that allows me to listen events for"new emails", so I can act on them.

The use case is to categoriza the mails with an external NLU tool, so I can read the email, categorize it and call the HubSpot API to apply those categories.

I have been commenting this with a colleague and we think that rather pushing an email, we may create a ticket…
