Is there an option somewhere to print out the whole chatflow diagram?

Just to confirm your question, you would like to print the chatflow or the chatflow transcript? ( the entire conversation)?
If it’s the transcript by default, the chat transcript is automatically sent to the contact when the chat ends. You can choose which email address the transcript is sent from in your chat channel settings. If you don’t select an email, the transcript is sent from your HubSpot fallback email address. More information here
You can also manually send the transcript to another contact.
After receiving the transcript you can request to print.
If it’s only the chatflow , I tested in my end and you can print the page from the Chrome settings bar.

Hi,
It was the chatflow that I wanted to print a flow diagram for effectivfely so that we can check and follow the chatflow and all the different options, so exporting to a pdf would be the best option.

At the moment, there is not an option to export the Chatflow as my screenshot below will show all the options available :
