We need a simple way to print or export full HubSpot Support chat transcripts.
Right now, when I open a Support ticket (for example: #48560768111) and/or use the transcript email, printing or saving to PDF cuts off parts of the conversation, especially step‑by‑step instructions. The only workaround is to manually copy the content into another document just to get a complete, readable record.
It would be very helpful to have:

A built‑in “Print conversation” or “Export transcript” option in the Support inbox that:
- Captures the entire conversation (not just what’s visible on screen)
- Formats messages clearly for printing or saving as PDF

Or, a way to resend the Support transcript as a clean, full‑width email or downloadable file that reliably prints without cutting off any steps.
This would save time, reduce manual copying, and make it much easier to keep accurate records of Support guidance and implementation steps.
