Hi @Isabel_c there isn’t currently a native way to export chatflow conversations, someone else asked the question here and @KenF provided a way to export Inbox conversations with the new Inbox and Messages API that may be what you’re looking for.
HubSpot doesn’t offer a direct “Export to Excel” conversation option. However, you can export conversations using reports or manually copying the data.
Hey I have accepted the solution although when we exported the file, it did not capture the chatbot conversation we are looking for. But at least. we are able to export the inbox and others. Thank you
