Hi! I’ve this problem. I wrote my preview text and sent to me a preview email on Gmail. The problem is I see preview text + other text form body email:
![]()
Is there a way to not show body text from preview text?
Thanks,
Marco

Hi @Marcolì,
Could you elaborate what you mean when you say “show body text from the preview text”? Could you also share a screenshot of the marketing email editor that shows the subject line and preview text?
In your original screenshot, which part exactly would you like not to display?
If you’re referring to the “Preview -” at the very beginning, then this is part of a test email send. It cannot be removed and there isn’t any configuration to not show this. It’s simply part of the preview feature. If you need a workaround, you would have to actually send the email to just your contact, then clone it for the actual recipient list.
Best regards!
Hi @Marcolì,
As far as I know, HubSpot doesn’t have any specific settings or workarounds that would reliably prevent this. I’d recommend adding punctuation to the preview text and/or adjusting it to be closer to the recommended length.
Best regards!
