When I get an email in my inbox, when I view it in the list of all emails, I’m expecting to see the “Subject line” and the “Preview text”.
What I don’t like is that it also shows some of the “Body text” right after the “Preview text”.
It looks like this: “Subject line” - “Preview text” “Body text…”
What I’m looking for is the possibility to disable the “Body text” showing up after the “Preview text”.
So it would look like this: “Subject line” - “Preview text”
This makes email pop more. Makes it less cluttered.
I would acctualy expect this to be the default behaviour when I have written a preview text for an email.
Here is a screenshot of our preview issue - it is pulling in the alt tag from the header image and part of the header copy. We have the preheader text specified in each email, so this shouldn’t be happening. Can someone on the HubSpot Community please help?
Hi there! My name is Hallie, and I’m a Program Manager on the CXM Team. There is now a public beta for hiding the body text from the preview text! You can opt into it from this link. This is available for all hubs and tiers.
