When you’re currently forwarding a conversation message it’s not possible to edit the text you’re going to forward.
It would be ideal to have the option to edit the text. You can’t see what you’re forwarding.
Agree, we are dealing with the same issue.
It would be extremely helpful and efficient to be able to reply IN-LINE to an email directly from the CRM.
