Null FirstName and LastName

New to working with HubSpot APIs. Having an issue where firstname and lastname are null for contacts where there is definitely a firstname and lastname value. Calling https://api.hubapi.com/crm/v3/objects/contacts/ results in the following. However, the hubspot UI clearly shows a firstname and lastname value for this contact. Note that some contacts have been imported into the system.

Hi, @THellebuyck :waving_hand: Thanks for reaching out, I have a few questions:

  • Can you provide any additional details?
  • Is this happening for a portal with a paid subscription?
  • Do you have a screenshot of the matching contact in your portal? Or any other information?

If you create an app test account and try using:

  • one of the provided test contacts
  • a contact you import similarly

Without more details or a way to reproduce your issue, it’s challenging for the community to give a suggestion.
