When contacts in HubSpot have no first or last name, we normally see a “--” displayed. However, we’ve recently noticed that some empty names appear as a complete blank. Crucially, when this occurs, we are unable to click on these blank names to go directly to the contact’s page, forcing us to use the ‘Preview’ option as a workaround.
What could be causing this?

Could you check whether these contacts actually have an empty first and last name and not, for example, invisible characters or space characters in them?
