From CRM we are able to log an SMS activity same as a call. We have an engagement API to log calls but I was unable to find one for SMS.
Is there an API for the SMS or any future plans for the API because it was not there in the documentation only I found was a doc on manual logging.

This currently is not possible (yet).
Maybe @Jaycee_Lewis can tell us if this is on the roadmap, otherwise, make sure to submit it as an idea.
I am interested in this too. Righ tnow we are using heymarket and it can log to our timeline but not specifically as an SMS so we can’t log it as an activity or have it update the “last contacted”

I was logging SMS as “Note,” but now, as there is SMS activity available, I’m trying to use API to log SMSs in Hubspot.
The one problem that I’m seeing is that I can’t assign SMS to the user while I’m doing it with API, so I can’t take reports, for example, “How many SMS was sent per user.”
Is there any solution to that? Or is this something Hubspot will do in the near future?
