We currently log text messaged under “log call” so that we can run reports on how many each sales person does. I would love to be able to “log SMS” seperatley from calls, but still get the data. I know it can be logged seperately, but currently don’t have a way to pull data on how many SMS are logged if they are not logged under “call”. Thanks!
@sethedwards49 Is there a reason you’re not using the native Log SMS function?
@crispyGTM I believe this is still in beta ![]()
@sethedwards49 you would need to opt-in to the beta to have access to the Log SMS feature
Here is the knowledge base article to learn how to opt into the beta
@Jnix284 Any rough timeline as to when the reporting function may be available?
Hi @brandon98 I don’t work for HubSpot and I am not in contact with the team running this beta, so I’m really not sure what the timeframe is.
Maybe @kvlschaefer can check in if there’s an update?
I can “Log SMS” but then I can not pull a report on how many of those my sales reps logged during the day. There is no reporting function for it
Is there a way to see SMS activities that I log on the app on my phone in the online HubSpot website?
@CFOontheGo can you confirm that you have the SMS filter selected when you’re on the website logged into the CRM?
How would I turn on the SMS filter?
@CFOontheGo from any contact record, you can click on “Filter activity 1/33” as shown in my screenshot above and that will show you all of the filters available.
