Hey we need the following features to fully adopt Sales Hub:
- Better SMS activity logs on the Activity feed.
- Individual SMS capabilities from Hubspot Phone Numbers.
Basically, when SMS messages log in hubspot through our integration partner they do not clearly illustrate direction of the communication. It’s extremely tough to understand the nature of the conversation from the activity feed. I would like to see the messages displayed in a more lean way, that shows Sender Time and message. Currently it shows every text being sent by the hubspot user… even when it is inbound from the hubspot contact.
Additionally, we can’t ditch our current calling provider until Hubspot has individual texting capabilities. This would be a game changer. I could see us switching immediately if it were for that one feature.
