I’d like to second this idea! Right now we are using heymarket and it can log SMS text messages to our timeline but not specifically as an SMS so we can’t log it as an activity or have it update the “last contacted.” it seems there is a hangup too to map it to a user. This would be so helpful for reporting. I work in student housing and the majority of our sales follow up is done through SMS so this would be an incredible feature to help us with reporting!
