I would like to propose an idea for a feature to link a task directly to an incoming/outgoing email. I can link tasks to contacts or one specific company, but sometimes it would be nice to link a task directly to an incoming email to make it easier for the teammembers to follow up without them having to look for the related email first. Same goes for outgoing emails, I can set a follow up task but I can’t link an email with a specific task I want to create.
Our company’s whole sales team has been asking since we migrated to Hubspot for this feature, it is something they relied on heavily with one of our tools we migrated from - MixMax
