It would be nice to be able to set a task from an email that has already been sent from either hubspot or Office 365. There are plent of times where, for a variety of reasons I choose to send my mail from Outlook instead of from Hubspot or, times when I am sending from hubspot but a realize just as I am hitting send, that I meant to assign a task to the email. It would be nice if there was a link (like the reply, reply, all, forward and delete links) in the email that I could click on (when I am in Hubspot) and assign a task after the fact that is link to that email. Doesn’t seem like it should be too tough to do.

THIS! being able to set that reminder task for an email sent from outlook would make life so much easier. Half the time I forgot I sent that email and am wondering weeks later where my follow up task is.

This would be a very important feature for us to have to be able to assign an action to our service team and then have the record back to the initial call or email. It would also be good to add comments to emails similar to what can be done for other activities.
