When HubSpot integration is linked with outlook I previsouly was able to assign a follow up task from emailing a prospect. Currently I need to click on ‘view contact’ and then assign task to follow-up which is cumbersome and requires more clicks and screens. It would be helpful to have a task option moved under the message tools or a customizable option under the contact to follow-up in x number of days. Prospecting and follow up is critcal for sales and while I appreciate the tracking, logging, templates, snippets, AI etc. I would have expected the option of follow-up to be more prominent.
