I have a number of situations where I can easily find a person’s profile using LinkedIN or LinkedIN Sales Navigator directly.
Yet the integration in HubSpot cannot find the matching profile.
Any advice? I have the profile URL; it would be great if I could just supply the URL instead of trying to match First, last, company, and title.

If you need to check if there is a bug or not, you can always connect with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, including hopping on a screenshare if necessary.
I understand that you are using the “LinkedIn Sales Navigator” integration and you’d like to add the profile URL instead of syncing contacts with the email address, name etc.
I found for you a workaround from @JackieLalley on this similar post “Adding LinkedIn profile URL, company name, and title in contact profiles”.
And on the LinkedIn documentation “Troubleshoot Record Matching Issues in Sales Navigator”, you can find a tip that might help you.
