I created a form and embedded it on a WordPress site page. Tested the form on multiple devices and it worked. At a recent in-person event, people were able to access the form, submit it and get a thank you message.
People at the event were most likely connected to the same wifi, but a few must have been using a cellular connection, could this affect the failure of the form? Did HubSpot see this as an “attack” and block it?
Most, maybe all of these people were new contacts. Could there be a difference in how HubSpot treats new and existing contacts?
We got zero responses, not just a low response rate. However, no data showed up in the form. How could this happen?
Any insights are welcome.
