I have a wordpress site using divi theme and have an embedded HubSpot form that is not working for some users. The other is a divi email opt-in module connected to HubSpot. I tested and found the form to work on my machine with chrome and safari but we are having problems one day after launching the site getting bad feedback from potential customers!

As of right now it isn’t working for me on safari or chrome.

Hi @paulbarnett I was ablke to succesfully submit on the form at https://australianmicroabattoirs.com/learn-more/
My contact record in your portal is located here. I also checked the form on Firefox and Safari and it checked out correctly.
Can you provide a bit more information about the issues others are reporting? Screenshots would be helpful also.

Thanks Ed, that is so strange…
It’s still not working for me and this is what the submit button looks like after i click it.
Users are saying:
“you need to fix up your web-site. The “learn more”/“Book a call” page comes up with the error “Please complete all required fields.”, even after all fields have been completed. Also the button appears to do nothing”
" submitted a form with your new venture but not sure it worked. "
This has to work every time and i’ve tested using Contact Form 7 and it worked so i’m going to rebuild the form in that while we (if we can) work out what is going on here.

Hi @paulbarnett After a bit of testing I was able to determine that the issue had to do with the lack of placeholder text in the two dropdown select fields. For example, a submitter looking at the forms sees Live Stock Producer as the default choice under What describes you? If they skip over that field because that is their selection, the form doesn’t think they actually made a choice, since they didn’t click on the selection.
I went into your form and added placeholder text Please select for that field and "How do you sell your livestock now? fields. this will force the submitter to click and make a selection. From there, the form should submit correctly.
