Hubspot forms not showhing on my website pages

Hello since 10 days I am experiencing lots of problems with forms and hubspot.

Non hubspot forms submits are not beeing tracked anymore to hubspot therefore no new contacts are created automatically and I am loosing all analytics data of the contact (see my post here).

To get around the problem I tried to incorporate hubspot forms to my website but they don’t appear to the frontend of my pages. I only can see them if I am logged into wordpress.

Here is the test page where I incorporated the hubspot form.

I both tried to incoporate using shortcode and gutemberg block: same result.

I will really appreciate if anyone can help me.

Simona.

NOTES:

the website is developed with wordpress: avada theme, and Hubspot plugin

I am a user of free hubspot tools

Have you added the form embed script to the page in question? I can’t see it in the test page code.

You can get the embed code from inside the form in HubSpot by selecting Embed in the top right:

Hi @BQ_Oliver thanks for your quick answer.

I am using the hubspot wordpress plugin and I added to my page the shortcode created by the plugin, but, as you suggested, I also tried with the embed script and I get the same result: I can see the form only if logged into wordpress (already checked if there are some conditional rule).

Since a few weeks we implemented google consent mode v2 on the website could it be a problem? But since we must implement consent mode how to get compatibility?
