I would like to request a new feature for the live chat function but to first explain the context I want to drop these images in here for context. These allows us to prompt the user to give their email address within a few options. If they provide this, it creates the starting point of a contact for the person.
This is particularly useful, but I would like to request the ability to trigger this manually within the chat, in addition to similar prompts that ask the user to enter their name or phone number.
Essentially I see it as working as a mini form that can be prompted to add extra layers to their contact record, rather than simply entering it as plain text which would then need to be manually transferred.
