Hey, I’m using Koalify to dedupe a HubSpot account but the contact level Koalify fields didn’t install and I cannot find a way to try to push them again or to manually solve the issue.
Anyone know how to prompt a reinstall just of those fields? Everything else is working.
Hi @SLane-Hawn let’s see if @Jonas_De_Mets can help with troubleshooting why the fields didn’t install, perhaps he can confirm if manually creating them will work or if they have to be created through the app install.

It seems your contact install was temporarily paused due to the HubSpot API but completed successfully after some time. In most cases, a reinstall of Koalify isn’t necessary, as this issue usually resolves itself automatically. Feel free to reach out to support@koalify.io if you run into issues!
