Although my Google contacts app says it is installed on my account (I spoke to a Hubspot rep and she says she does not see it installed on her end), my contacts are clearly not being auto synced between Google and Hubspot.
Help?

When you navigate to the app in your settings, is the sync set up? See the steps explained here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/integrations/connect-hubspot-and-google-contacts#connect-the-integration
You might have chosen “Do this later” when you installed it. If you’re unsure, feel free to share a screenshot.
