I am trying to create a workflow that triggers a task for the owner of the contact to follow up with said contact after they are inactive for 90+ days.
I have created the trigger enrollment and that seems to be fine.
When I am trying to create the task, it is saying ‘Changes Needed’ : "
Nothing on the left-hand side bar is saying it’s invalid and I am unsure what else to do. Looking for advice, thank you.

Could you please share a screenshot of your workflow and all settings of the create task workflow action?

@JHymers in your original question you mentioned following up with contacts. You are creating a workflow that is enrolling people who are internal users in your HubSpot portal.
You would have to start again and create a workflow that is based on contacts, not users. The error shouldn’t appear when you do so.
